Naar mijn idee heeft dit vooral te maken met wat ik de laatste weken gegeten heb. Zuivel moet ik eigenlijk gewoon van af blijven, maar in de vakantie at ik dagelijks pasta met Parmezaanse kaas, tiramisu en ijsjes. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over al die cappuccino&#8217;s aan het zwembad.<!--more--><br \/>\nKortom, het is tijd om mezelf weer in het gareel te krijgen en dus nam ik me voor deze week weer keurig te eten.<br \/>\nSoepjes, salades, veel groenten en even niets waar zuivel in zit.<br \/>\nEn natuurlijk is dit heel goed gelukt&#8230; NOT!<\/p><!--CusAds0--><!--CusAds0--><!--CusAds0-->\n<p><strong>Maandag 4 september \/ Dinsdag 5 september<\/strong><br \/>\nDe week begon goed. De kinderen hadden hun eerste schooldag en ik ging aan het werk. &#8217;s Avonds maakte ik voor twee dagen tomatenrijst met rookworst en extra veel groenten. Vlak voor etenstijd besefte ik pas dat er eigenlijk niets in huis was voor het avondeten.<br \/>\nGelukkig lagen er nog een paar pizza&#8217;s in de diepvries. Ik kon dus lekker de hele dag aan mijn blog werken.<br \/>\nEr stond een gezond visstoofpotje op het menu, maar ook vandaag was ik er niet helemaal bij met mijn hoofd. Twee keer naar de winkel en nog was ik de helft van de ingredi\u00ebnten vergeten. Ik heb mezelf maar een wijntje ingeschonken en Grieks besteld. Dat had ik vorige week ook al gedaan, maar toen ben ik vergeten er foto&#8217;s van te maken. Verder was het een standaard zaterdag: boodschappen doen, strijken en natuurlijk lekker koken! Het vispotje lukte vandaag wel. Zonde om binnen te blijven zitten, dus ik ben met de kinderen lekker een uurtje het park in geweest vanmorgen.<br \/>\nVanmiddag kregen we visite, dus bakte ik boterkoek nummer twee van deze week.<br \/>\nVanmorgen vroeg heb ik de slowcooker al aangezet met riblappen, ui, wortel, spekjes, champignons en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.librijeswinkel.nl\/dutch\/zwolsche-stoof\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zwolsche stoof<\/a> kruiden van Jonnie Boer.
